Step 1
Contact a Mortgage Broker
If you are in need of a loan you would need to contact a mortgage broker (which we have one in house) to see what loans you could qualify for and what would be best for you. If you can get pre-qualified that makes you more attractive for sellers as well because they know you are good to go on their property in regards to the loan.
Step 2
Visit the Place with a Realtor®
Seeing the place with a Realtor®, Del Amo Realty, Inc. or any Realtor® in DAR. Once you go see the place, our Realtors® can help with the negotiation and the sale of the property. (If we are the listing agent we advertise for you and put it up in the MLS to find buyers. If we are the buying agent we can help put in offers and find places that fit your needs.)
Step 3
Refi, Title
Once the offer is accepted and you are ready to begin closings. We have a title company as well that could help with all aspects of closing. It could be just the seller's docs or the whole closing. Either way we can help you close the sale and transfer of title. (We also can help people refinance their properties should they ever need to for whatever reason.) We could elaborate more on this.
